The transformer is mainly used to measure the high-frequency interference power on the wire in the frequency range of 30MHz to 1000MHz. Comply with the relevant clauses in CISPR16-1-3:2004 and national standard 6113.103-2008.

Absorptive power clamp is one of the supporting equipment for electromagnetic interference power measurement. It is suitable for measuring the electromagnetic power passing through the power line of household appliances, electric tools, etc., or measuring the interference suppression effect of the ignition system and the electromagnetic sensitivity of the receiving equipment. In addition, it can also be used to measure the shielding effect of radio frequency cables.

The absorption power clamp is composed of a clamp-shaped ferrite absorber and a clamp-shaped high-frequency current transformer, which surrounds an insulated wire to measure the interference power on the wire. After the interference current flowing through the wire is converted into a voltage, it is indicated by the radio interference measuring instrument. When a ferrite snubber surrounds a coaxial cable, its job is to attenuate unwanted currents on the cable shield.
